Returns & Refund Policy

At Weafmall Uganda, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop online with Weafmall in Uganda.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or faulty

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product does not match the description on Weafmall

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact Weafmall Uganda Customer Support

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you through the return or pickup process

This process helps customers understand how to shop online in Uganda safely and with confidence.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or store credit

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error by Weafmall

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been successfully delivered
